Speaking at events

Current students and your fellow alumni are always interested to hear a fresh perspective - be that about your career path or specialist area of expertise. Speaking at events not only inspires others, but it also raises your profile and that of the company you’re working for and opens avenues for collaboration.

Mentoring

As a graduate you can continue to access online mentoring. By registering at network.manchester.ac.uk, you’ll be able to browse profiles of hundreds of fellow alumni across the globe who are willing to offer you advice. You can just ask a one-off question, without committing to a mentoring relationship, or get advice on a CV or job application. Some mentors are even willing to offer work experience and jobs.

Assisting with recruitment

Help us to attract the very best students by sharing your experiences with prospective candidates. We hold recruitment fairs around the globe, so get in touch if you’d like to offer your perspective on your course.

Offering internships and projects

Internships and projects are a great way for your company to benefit from our highly motivated, talented and enthusiastic students. They give current students the opportunity to apply a range of skills, assume real responsibilities and explore the issues faced by organisations operating in the global business arena. Please contact postgraduate.talent@manchester.ac.uk for more details on these opportunities.

Circulating employment opportunities

Opportunities for employment within your organisation can be circulated to current students via the Alliance MBS Postgraduate Careers and Central Careers Employability team.
